Our Infrared body wraps burn up to 1,400 calories in one session using the Formostar System.  In addition, our clients lay down and are pampered with aromatherapy, music, cable TV, Netflix and served water & drinks available.  Our infrared pads are wrapped directly over the upper thighs, abdomen, buttocks and upper arms targeting specific trouble zones to tighten, tone, and firm those body areas you have been struggling with.  They can be easily repositioned to target specific areas to reduce inflammation, reduce arthritis pain and muscle tension.   Our Infrared treatments may also help with insomnia, cellulite reduction, weight loss, detox, lymphatic drainage, reduce lactic acid after strenuous exercise, boost metabolism and increase blood flow and circulation.  Depending our your goals a minimum of 3-4 treatments scheduled 24-48 hours apart will provide maximum results. A series of 10 to 12 sessions are recommended for real results. 

In addition, a healthy diet and increased water consumption is always recommended.
